Designer/Artist/ It-Girl KESH has teamed up with American Apparel to produce a capsule collection. All the pieces in the collection feature her signature black and white graphic prints on tees, leggings, crop tops, a hat and bikini.
My go-to palette is black and white, and it just so happens to be very trendy right now so these pieces will fit seamlessly into your summer closet. I love getting artist clothing collaboration because the pieces are much more affordable than the art.
You can get the KESH x American Apparel collection now on the American Apparel website.
Who says only kids get to wear the cool Disney shoes?
Vault by Vans kicks off the ten-year celebration by reissuing character prints that were originally designed with Disney in the early 1980s. Discontinued for decades, these prints re-emerge for Vault’s fourth installment of OG Classics. The OG Classics assortment pays tribute to the first vulcanized, waffled-soled styles from Vans by presenting them in their purest form: their original form.
Utilizing the same design specs as their initial size runs, the OG Authentic LX and OG Sk8-Hi LX incorporate long-gone Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck patterns in their aesthetics; the OG Authentic LX presents an additional option featuring Winnie the Pooh. Furthermore, the OG Authentic LX colorways are available in toddler and adult sizing for Vans and Disney enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy but only for a limited time. The Vault by Vans x Disney OG Classics arrive this July at select Vault retailers.
I can’t wait to get my hands on a pair of these!
The female sneaker saga continues. Heat has been flying out of sneaker brand boardrooms and onto the shelves of stores across the globe. The latest blazing release is this lady friendly version of the Air Max 1. The upper features a CMYK (substitute black for obsidian) colored herringbone pattern. The chevron inspired upper is accented by a pink/white midsole and lime green logo on the heel. The kicks haven’t been mass released yet, but they are expected to hit the States soon.

Unless you’re a morning person, when your alarm goes off at 7am your first instinct is probably to hit the snooze button. Again…and again…and again…until you finally wake up an hour later wondering why your alarm didn’t go off. Luckily there’s an app for that particular problem: Wake Alarm.
Wake Alarm is an alarm clock app that requires you to get a bit more physical with your phone before you can silence it. Just how physical you have to get depends on what alarm setting you choose. If you’re a light sleeper, you can choose a setting where a simple tap of the phone will shut off the alarm. Not so light sleepers might find themselves having to turn the phone over on its screen to quiet it. Those who would have no problem sleeping through an elephant stampede can set the alarm so that it requires a vigorous shaking before it pipes down. There’s a total of eight repeatable alarms and 12 built-in alarm sounds.
Wake Alarm can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store for $1.99.
