It was an early morning for this bird. Often 6 a.m. wake-up calls mean hunting for vintage but today’s alarm was set for a special breakfast with GILT Groupe Founder Alexandra Wilkis Wilson and Senior Manager of PR for Women, Amanda Graber. Our 8 a.m. rendezvous was set in The Velvet Room at The Clift Hotel in SF. It was an intimate gathering of local bloggers including the founders of Sugar Inc. I was in great company.
A delightful European style buffet offered perfect bites of tasty pastries, cheeses and fresh sliced fruits. We chatted casually about our GILT experiences. Alexandra shared the start-up story of GILT, dealing with speedy growth to new and exciting plans in the works…think “www” domination.
