Photographed in New York on a very rainy day inside her apartment.

What were you thinking before the photo shoot?

I wanted to get that real sweetheart look out while honoring her tomboyish side.

“bad ass”

I love her attitude and that she is engaged with the viewer.

Downtown’s very own sweetheart, Vashtie, has started a clothing line for the ladies called Violette. The line consists of two logo tees in 2 color ways. It’s clean and has a cute name and I’m excited to see what’s to come! No word yet on stockists, but we’ll keep you updated.
