Rocksmith Tokyo, the Tokyo/New York – brand is adding to their Spring Sport and Space collection with the second delivery taking us back with some nostalgic 90’s urban influenced graphic tees and cut and sew pieces. Not only are the New Era fitted caps boss, the graphic tees are on point with the En Vogue and Black Sheep references. The, Biggie B’KLYNS Finest, graphic tee is the jelly on the toast. The women’s selection is small but we’re sure you know someone who could use the Warbucks pattern embroidered shorts or the United Colors crew neck. The In Living Color-esque theme is translated through DC’s DJ X.O. and Benji along with Brooklyn based crew, The Amount Boyz featured in the lookbook. WORD is BOND! Hit up your Rocksmith stockist today.
Rocksmith is a men’s brand that is taking baby steps into the women’s market. Their 90’s hip hop inspired graphcis are clever, colorful and fun. TLC, Black Sheep and the Notorious B.I.G. (with a Basquiat twist) references abound and bright pops of color on a palette of mainly black and white make these tees a solid foray in the women’s market.
I know, I know MAGIC was 2 weeks ago but I just unpacked so leave me alone. One of the best parts of going to the show is the free stuff. We got so much great stuff and it’s always cool to see what new promo item companies come up with. This past show had a clear winner. The best promo of MAGIC this year goes to 10 Deep. Their promo was so well thought out and perfect for Vegas. It consisted of a black bag (that you could use as a laptop bag), a t-shirt and a “MAGIC survival kit” which included a lighter (to “wake and bake”), gum to keep your breathe fresh (speak freely), a toothbrush, sunglasses and a condom – all things that most people use at some point or another in Vegas.

Check out the other great stuff after the jump . . .
