The OBEY Ladies’ Spring line has dropped in shops and online with a bang! Along with the usual basics and streetwear staples the collection features washed out denim, cute rompers, high-waisted shorts, dresses, button up shirts and tank tops. With a palette of mostly blacks, greys and purples, OBEY have also made good use of a number of plaid patterns across dresses, woven tops, tanks, and camis.
Definite highlights would have to be the Fern shorts romper (with adjustable sleeves, patched pockets and waist strap), Double Dutch dress (with a woven belt below the bust and just enough stud detail at the straps) and the nautically-inspired Boardwalk tank (with a double-breasted placket and rope tie around the waist).

This season, Obey teamed up with photojournalist Martha Cooper, best known for documenting the New York graff scene in the 70s and 80s. The tees, totes and skate deck features various shots of children playing in the streets on the lower east side of NY during the 70s, as well as one of Martha’s photos illustrated by the talented hand of Shepard Fairey.
The collection also includes a full line of jewellery, a Chanel-inspired laptop bag, hats, and scarves. Read on to see more! Read the full story
