Whatever happened to aerobicizing and workout videos? I grew up on the Jane Fonda Workout, saw my mom “Sweat to the Oldies” and saw teen queens join the club like Alyssa Milano with Teen Steam, but there was definitely a time when you could pop in a VHS tape and start burning those calories. If you’re ready for an updated workout, Reebok has the answer. Reebok took the concept of the workout video and made it more “now” and added a bit of “iD.” They recently launched a site, just for the ladies, dedicated to help women find the right kind of workout for them.
The process is simple and involves 3 steps: (1) choose a color; (2) choose a vibe; and (3) choose a move. Based on your selections you are assigned an instructor that best meets your selections. Then, you gain access to the instructors fitness tips and insights. With over fifteen female instructors from around the world, you’ll definitely find an instructor that has a fitness style that appeals to you.
