Keri Hilson is a top runner if not a leading lady in the R&B game today. Rather than being plucked up by a record label and churned out in one of the many music industry’s formulaic ways, she stayed on her grind writing songs for the likes of Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears, and Ludacris, and featuring in songs with Timbaland and music videos with Usher and Ne-yo. Now, she’s having her time to shine with her debut album “In a Perfect World…” which if you haven’t copped by now, you’re missing out!
