The debut collection of La Femme GNS, the women’s sneaker line from Greedy Genius is dropping this fall and we are very excited about this (for a preview of the fall collection check out our Magic post from February). Digit, the designer of La Femme GNS, is doing an amazing job and really giving the ladies some new options for kicks. She’s got great style and seems to know what the ladies like on their feet. Pink is used only as an accent color - you won’t find any pink shoes here (thank goodness!). That’s not to say that the shoes aren’t feminine, they’re just not for 10 year old girls. She’s added some great details like studs and ruffles that make the La Femme GNS shoes stand apart from the rest. The shoes below all drop for Spring 2009 (except the Haze model). “I’m a fast living, determined young fly woman with enough energy to fly me to the moon. I am a vegetarian and have a huge appetite for gaining knowledge, good food, and love wine and cheese. Addicted to family and friends, veggie burgers & greens. Infatuated with the solar system, cosmic visuals, and anything Kawaii. Run strongly off of peoples vibes and aura. I was born to design, influence, double fist in the club, and live life to the fullest. Glad to announce my release for La Femme GNS, (woman’s division of Greedy Genius) Fall 2008.”

I wish I could bring each and everyone one of you with us on this tradeshow journey. I would hope that you could walk for a moment in our shoes and feel the pain and exhaustion of the week, so you could then undertstand why these posts have taken a day or two and you would then put aside your thoughts of me being a slacker…please forgive me, our faithful reader…Yeah, so Magic the tradeshow. Yo!! The kids of Homeroom have gotten all the San Francisco heads together to raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco. The party will be dope, but what’s even better is that you’ll be contributing to a great cause. Only $5 at the door, all proceeds are being donated to the Boys & Girls Club.
