M.I.S.S. TV brings you an exclusive sneak peak behind the scenes of Topshop's SS2010 photoshoot!

Blustery it may be outside, but Spring is just a short… 10 weeks away! So maybe not that soon, but a girl can dream, right? And what better motivation for your dreams than some lovely Spring eye candy? Brit-born retailer Topshop recently had a photoshoot for their upcoming Spring/Summer 2010 collections, and M.I.S.S. was lucky enough to get a stateside exclusive of the behind-the-scenes video! Showcasing the best of Spring/Summer trends including “Parisienne”, “Meadow”, “Downtown,” and “Saloon”, the video provides a peak at looks that will work for everyone from the girly girl to the laid-back-cool type. Stripes, floral prints, bold colors, and faded patchwork prints are all integral parts of the Topshop collection, while bodycon styles and shorts are still strong trends for Spring. This Spring, Topshop will also be releasing a new collaboration footwear collection, this time with designer Louise Goldin, in what is her first footwear collection.

I ran into Heron earlier this year at Vanessa’s Dumpling’s on Eldridge St. while doing my NY hustle. While we waited for our $1 dumplings he shared with me tales of this project he was working on…a downtown “yearbook” documenting some of NY’s youngest and finest from the scene. I knew that it was going to be good, better than good…Heron has that way about him. And now the time has come. Entitled “The Young and The Banging”, Heron invited 15 ladies to partner as co-creators on the project. Together with LAGirlsNY, Heron Preston Presents “The Young and The Banging”.
