Last week at the MOB x Missbehave party, I had the pleasure of meeting Dee & Ricky, the two most adorable boys in NYC. Not only are they cute, but they have fun-loving style. You’ve probably seen their heart lego brooches and belt buckles. Their newest project is a collaboration with No Mas, a street wear brand that is inspired by all things sport, and features duffle bags made out of vintage Starter jackets. The bags are amazing and really make full use of all of the jackets features including ribbing, pockets, patches, snaps and collar. I think the bags are very clever and are a welcome addition to the lego empire Dee & Ricky have built. I know there are some vintage purists who are sad to see the vintage jackets manipulated, but for a girl who has a hard time finding vintage Starters in her size, this is a great way to rock it as part of your ensemble without looking like you’re wearing your big brothers clothes.
