Yoga is one of my favorite things to do to stay fit and toned and it’s one of those things, the more you do, the more you want to do.  I started by taking a class offered at my gym but was grossed out by sharing a mat so immediately got my own.  The first mat I purchased a few years back was from Mats Mats Mats – an online yoga mat store with affordable options.  I bought the pink yoga mat because 10% of the proceeds is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  This mat was a wonderful starter mat and I highly recommend it.  You can still find the pink yoga mat for sale here.  If you want to upgrade and get an eco-friendly mat, you can check out Jade Yoga.  They recently introduced a limited set of pink yoga mats to increase awareness and raise funds for breast cancer research.  You can purchase the Jade Yoga pink yoga mat here.
