The Vegas Diaries…Day 2: Pool

The Pool show has grown a little in size, which explains why the United show has become smaller…Many of the brands that exhibited at United last fall have found their way to Pool. I have to say, their hasn’t been much out their that’s stood out as new and exciting…So, I visited some of our favorite brands and managed a couple of new things…

Oh, how we love 31 Corn Lane!!! They have recently introduced a new “luxury” jewelery line named, Tipton & Downing. Such a rich and regal name, right? But just in case you don’t get the reference, Tipton and Downing are the last names of the two guitar players in Judas Priest….sooooooooo good! This line of lux jewels come in gold and silver tones, retail at $50 to $75 and include names like “Love Measured in Carrots” and “Little Stinker”.

More of that tradeshow love…bringing you sneak peaks at the new stuff!! We adore the sister design duo of 31 Corn Lane and the cuteness they come with in there accessories line. They always offer tight groupings, well thought out down to every last detail…This Spring they offer new collections named: Sunset at Cannon Beach, Hot Diggity and The Tennis King and of course there is the Holly Hobby series, where each item is named after Holly Hobbie and her friends, it really doesn’t get much cuter than that!

From over seas, Japanese brand Milioni , offers beautifully crafted unisex tees and denim. Soft jersey, great cuts and attention to detail, my favorite touch being the gold lurex thread used on the inside construction of the shirt…it peaks through the seams of the shirts ever so slightly, a real touch of sophistication!

Remember your first bodysuit? I certainly do and for whatever reason it made me feel so grown-up!! Well, there back and if you still have never had "your first" bodysuit, might I reccomend this bit of sexy from US Rags …Designed by Eleanor and Bianca, this SoCal brand has many wearable vintage inspired pieces. How hot would this be with your high-waisted jeans??? So HOT!
