Kweenz Destroy Slays Spring 2012 With Koncrete Jungle

Koncrete Jungle draws from the same kaleidoscope bursting out with classic Kweenz Destroy style - graffiti-dipped tuff girl with spunky colors and graphics infused with tempered images of female empowerment -  including a collaboration piece with San Francisco based muralist Siloette. The lookbook style influenced by the early days of drum + bass.

Maluca is the queen of sound experiments and genre crossing. Her recipes contain surprises, from the kaleidoscope of cultures surrounding her in New York City, she laces merengue with kuduro and speed metal beats-soft and hard syn-chronically.  The photos were taken by Marley Kate whom we recently featured in our Women Making History interview series.  You can purchase the collection on the Kweenz Destroy web shop.
