Whole Living Action Plan 2012 – Day 4

I’m back in full effect! I was beginning to think that those people who say how great they feel after a cleanse were in fact high on crack. Not so. Read on to see how day 4 went…

Weight: 99 (3 pounds lost since day 1)

What I Ate:
Breakfast: Mixed Berry and Pomegranate Juice Smoothie
Mid-AM Snack: Cashews
Lunch: Avocado, Tomato and Bell Pepper Salad
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Cashews, Raspberries, Peppermint Tea
Dinner: Roasted Cauliflower and Bell Pepper with Kalamata Olives and Almonds and Mixed Green Salad with Pineapple and Mango
Drank: Water with Lemon with meals and throughout the day


How I felt:

Last night through late morning my body was a bit achey – especially in my lower back area. When I had my smoothie I started feeling better and as the day progressed I had more and more energy. The headache thankfully is gone – hallelujah! On day 4, when I put my pants on they felt a bit looser than they have lately – or I should say they fit properly as they’ve been feeling a bit tight. I’m actually feeling like I can get through this and I really don’t want to quit because I want to be able to look back and say I had some will power! I never thought I’d look forward to beans and fish so much but I’m counting the days – 3-2-1- until I can add them in.
