Hate to be the Debbie Downer around here but Summer is coming to an end. Change of seasons equals change of wardrobes of course. That’s the only fun part: updating your outfits!
1. High Slits
A perfect way to show a little skin while still being covered up for the most part. Great for the weather changes. It’s usually still pretty warm depending on where you live. I love the way Rihanna is rocking this. Her maxi dress paired with the Authentic Vans is a very cute on-campus look.
2. Polka Dots
Polka dot is a great print that can be playful yet still professional. Beyonce’s look is perfect for the corporate woman who is looking to add some spice and update her look up without being raunchy.
3. Bright Colored Pants
Brights are still going strong in the fall. A lot of people tend to put all their bright clothes away and go back to jewel and earth tones. You don’t have to! Neutral shoes are perfect accessories if you want to tone it down a little – like Kelly Rowland.
4. Camouflage Prints
This trend goes in and out every other year. Sometimes I get sick of it, sometimes I love it. I like Camo shorts on guys, though. Jay looks stylish; he always adds his own swag to everything he does.
6. Bell Bottoms
The 70s have been a huge inspiration for fashion designers for about 3 seasons now. The decade is still doing big things this fall. Bell bottoms are flattering on almost every body type. Kourtney K. is very short and her sister Kim is very curvy. These jeans look great on both of them and they are built completely differently. You just have to be patient and find the perfect pair that works for you.
