Kreayshawn

♥♥ M.I.S.S. favorite Kreayshawn visited StyleList’s offices after inking a deal with Columbia Records to discuss Uggs, mouse ears, “Gucci Gucci” and her overall personal style. In a new track recently released online, the Oakland-based rapper calls out the “Rich Whores”  while name dropping the likes of Gucci Mane and the Spice Girls.  You can download the track for free on Kreayshawn’s website.  Take a listen to “Rich Whores” below.

SBTRKT

♥♥ South London DJ, producer and man behind the infamous tribal mask SBTRKT recently released the official video for the single “Wildfire” from his self-titled debut album. The song features the lovely vocals of Little Dragon’s Yukimi Nagano. Check out the supernatural and mesmerizing clip below!

The Park

♥♥ San Franciso’s The Park have been making a name for themselves as a backing band providing the rhythm section for rappers like Big KRIT, Freddie Gibbs, Tanya Morgan, Quadron, Alice Russell and their own group, Grillade. The Process… EP is the band’s debut solo outing that was released this week and is filled with arthouse rock, slowgroove electric jazz and everything in between. Check out their ultra-smooth track, “Excuses” and be sure to download the EP on Bandcamp or Itunes.

Derek Allen

♥♥ Derek Allen is the in-house producer at Diplo’s Mad Decent label. Check out this cover he did of the Police’s “Spirits in the Material World.” You can download the track for free on Mediafire. His EP drops July 5th!

Ice Cube x Rareink

♥♥ Ice Cube & Rareink collaborate to create the music industry’s first autographed art program for fans. The first in the series feature original artist reinterpretations of Ice Cube’s classics; “Amerikkka’s Most Wanted”, “The Predator” and “It Was A Good Day”. Each piece is hand signed by Ice Cube with two of the editions also including his handprint. These super cool pieces are on sale now with proceeds benefiting the Minority AIDS Project.

Wu-Tang - Laced Cheeba

♥♥ The Wu-Tang Clan’s new album entitled, Legendary Weapons drops July 26th. Take a listen to the track “Laced Cheeba” (feat. Ghostface, Sean Price, Trife Diesel, prod. by Noah Rubin) to get a taste of what’s to come from one of hip-hop’s most prolific groups.
