One stop shopping is vital when you’re a girl on the go. Who wants to stop multiple places to complete their shopping? Gas is through the roof, its hot as Hades outside, and maneuvering through crowded store isles in search of that one item is a pain. Sephora solved that problem for beauty product mavens like myself. I can go to one store and purchase top-of-the-line products in every beauty category. Whether I need more moisturizer, just ran out of eye primer, or need to pick up a new fragrance, Sephora puts everything at my fingertips.
Not only does Sephora carry well known brands, they also have an amazing in-store brand. My favorite product? The Sephora by OPI nail polishes. You can’t miss the display. Most locations place it right at the register where the rainbow of colors is sure to earn a glance or two. Smart branding and product placement! The Sephora collection of OPI shades still has the same quality of the OPI we know and love, but also introduces shades you can’t get anywhere else. Its definitely worth a look, ladies!
Sephora even took the nail lacquer game to the next level. Now, you don’t have to fuss with looking for tester sheets or looking like an idiot with 17 different colors on your nails. There are actually in-store nail bars in the works. Yep, you heard me right. The Sephora Nail Studio Art + Lacquer Service bars will allow customers to purchase nail polishes in store and have them applied by XpresSpa professionals right then and there. I told you this place was a one stop shop!
As of now there are there are two Sephora locations scheduled to get nail bars by month’s end: 5 Times Square in Manhattan and Powell Street in San Francisco. The grand opening is scheduled for July 25 which gives you gals less than a week to prepare. If you get you nails did at one of these locations show us! You could earn a spot on MISS Mani Mondays!
To give you guys a head start on brainstorming designs, Sephora called on nail goddess Sophy Robson to create a few exclusive nail looks using only Sephora brand product including Sephora by OPI polishes and nail print stickers. Sophy, one of our MISS Women Making History, is a don when it comes to nail art. I’d give my entire polish collection to have her mani these hands. Since she’s across the big pond in London and I’m not quite at Beyonce status to summon her for service, the nail art tutorials she’s released will have to do. The step-by-step instructions, complete with colors used, are available for viewing in celebration of Sephora’s service extension.
