We’ve already taken a look at Quiksilver’s Spring 2010 Lookbook, but I also had the opportunity to check the pieces out in person, pick my favorites, and style them down at the Quiksilver Spring Fling. There really is nothing like seeing garments in person, as it allows you to better imagine how you would wear and style them yourself.
Staying true to my personal aesthetic, I chose the pieces in the the collection with the most flair and detailing. I fell in love with the sweater pictured above, and decided I also probably need to have the long, light shirt dresses as well. To style my mannequin, after switching out my pieces a few times, I chose to use one of the shirt dresses, and paired it with a sleveless denim vest with studding – a simple look that stands on it’s own or could be accessorized to the teeth.
Check out more of my picks below, and remember that Quicksilver Spring is available in stores now and continues to deliver though the next month.
