The highly esteemed City of Lights has been delivering impeccable fixes for the fashion addict for over a century, and I would like to think that upon setting foot in Paris, one is magically infused with a unique style of their own. Earlier this Fall, we gave you a look at Back to Noise’s Fall collection and a bit of a preview of their Spring 2010. Catherine Dupire Clément’s label evidently does her city proud, and has once again caught M.I.S.S.’ eye.
The Back To Noise Spring/Summer 2010 collection is futuristic, and at times androgynous, yet every garment exudes a tangible seductiveness. One blouse that particularly caught my eye is the satin blouse with the python made with real python skin sliding down from the neck area (herpetophobiacs beware!); that image of hard meets soft encapsulates this whole collection. Back To Noise comprises satin in forest green and bronze, décolletés, vests, mini skirts and thick bejeweled belts; it all spells out très chic while remaining loyal to the rock culture and night scene that have brought new life to the word “elegance”.
The Back to Noise website is currently under construction, but keep checking in on them!
