Popular up-and-coming jewelry line A(r)mor is back and better than ever with their new line-up of products for the upcoming season. The accessories brand, which M.I.S.S brought you the skinny on back in June, was among the first to champion the body-jewelry trend du jour. The intricate designs are similar to a traditional necklace, yet are taken over the edge with futuristic-like draping. The growing company (the line just hit the market in early 09) has quickly racked up attention from mags like Nylon, thanks in part to their awesome Etsy store, which has helped the brand become a bit of a buzz name in the fashion community.
A(r)mor is back with two new designs, both characteristic of their tough, yet subtle aesthetic. The Dellah, available in both silver and antique brass, is a very on-trend ear cuff, featuring some extremely long dangling chains. Chain styles will vary, as each piece is a unique production. The cuff wraps right around your ear for a snug fit, perfect for you ladies who haven’t taken the piercing plunge just yet!
Also new is the Chilo, a cuff bracelet and ring combo. The ladylike but still very punk-esque piece features a thick, multi-chain cuff with a wrap-around chain ring attached as well. A thin chain crossing the hand links the ring and cuff, making for a dazzling look sure to inspire intrigue. Choose from either gunmetal+silver or antique brass+gold colorways.
The line’s creator, Sandee Shin, seems dedicated to exploring contrasts with her line–tough vs. feminine, on-trend vs. unique and hand crafted–and we here at M.I.S.S can’t wait to see what dazzling combos she comes up with next! For pieces so unique, the line is affordable, so make sure to cop a piece or two for the upcoming fall season at A(r)mor’s webstore, and follow the brand for all the latest updates on their blog!
