Berlin get ready! Peggy Noland Kansas City is gearing up to bring her wild styles to the streets of Berlin. This will be the second location for PNKC and quite the change from Kansas City I would imagine. The second location is bigger which only mean more room for crazy! Peggy will be spending this month prepping for the opening slated on August 1st. The plan is she’ll live in an apartment in the back of the store while prepping for the big day.
