I hate going to the gym. I don’t mind exercising, but the whole getting out of bed and trekking to the gym first thing in the morning is not appealing to me. Luckily, I discovered Exercise TV, probably one of the most amazing features of On Demand television. Since it’s On Demand, you can exercise whenever you feel like it. And, there are so many options! There’s cardio, weight training, dance, yoga, and pilates. The workouts get updated every 2 weeks so there’s always something new to choose. Since I’ve been working out with Exercise TV, I’ve been working out more consistently than ever. In the time it would normally take me to get to the gym and back, I’ve done workouts of my choice in my living room. I love it!
