Yoga is one of my favorite things to do to stay fit and toned and it’s one of those things, the more you do, the more you want to do. I started by taking a class offered at my gym but was grossed out by sharing a mat so immediately got my own. I bought the pink yoga mat because 10% of the proceeds is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This mat was a wonderful starter mat and I highly recommend it.
