M.I.S.S. Vegas Review: Melissa Shoes at Project Tradeshow

Back in February we gave you a first glimpse of the Melissa Shoes x Vivienne Westwood collection and this time around we have sneak peaks of their Spring 2009 collection. The Vivienne Westwood collaborative series has expanded to include more styles - my very favorite is the “Lady Dragon” an open-toe sling-back with detachable heart (pictured below). All of the styles come in a rainbow assortment of fruity colors to go with any ensemble. Another new style is the “Three Staps” a gladiator sandal with, you guessed it, 3 straps. They are also re-issuing the Mary Jane II and the Ultragirl II - we’ve already posted about those styles and you can view them here. I absolutely love the matte black Ultragirl II - so chic! There are also two amazing new styles done in collaboration with Alexandre Herchcovitch - check out all the pics after the jump! The styles start shipping in December and will be available on RevolveClothing.com.

The “Joy + Alexander Herchcovitch” in black and white is insane!!

Hi
I’m from Brazil, where the Melissas are from, but in here, we don’t have some of this stules, like the Lady Dragon with heart, the clear ones with glitter and that other model, with 3 stripes.
And I wanna know where are you from, and if you can take more pictures of this shoes
And if can, the name of the 3 stripes ones
Thanks
Natalie

Hi Natalie,
The 3-strap gladiator is called “Three Straps.” These are styles done in collaboration with Vivienne Westwood and I don’t think they are sold everywhere that Melissa shoes are sold.
We are based in San Francisco but took the pictures in Las Vegas at a tradeshow. We can’t take any more pictures because the show is over. The shoes will start coming out in January for Spring.
I hope that helps and thanks for writing!
