Funky Junk!

The amazing mash-up of collage work, fabrics and themes based on “stereotypes and social binary opposition” gives us Junk Prints by Chanel Kennebrew…and this line is many levels of funky.
Chanel designs all the graphics, prints all the garments (on sweatshop free tees and hoodies) and all of her bags are handmade. She describes her work as “this semi-random, organized-mess.” She says, the core of the Junk Prints line is made in editions of 50 because “…do more than 50 people really need the same shirt?” Preach it, girl!
Check her handmade bags below:

My favorite is definitely the “Grown Folk” bag on the right. Perfect size for a city girl!
