Maison Martin Margiela, with the help of Damiani Group, is producing its first fine jewelry collection consisting of fourteen pieces. The collection features simple clean lines and oversize pieces. If you are into subtlety you may want to steer clear of this. I personally love what I’ve seen, especially the gold giant chain link necklace – I could definitely see myself wearing that – a lot. The collection will hit stores in November and prices are in the $1,000 – $1,600 range. Margiela plans on releasing one fine jewelry collection each year.
