Fashion’s queen of punk Vivienne Westwood has teamed up with iconic Brazlian shoe brand Melissa to design a line of molded Melissa signature plastic shoes set to release in 2008.Miss Westwood was in São Paulo recently to unveil 2 designs, theVivienne Westwood Anglomania Mary Jane + Melissa and Vivienne Westwood Anglomania + Melissa Ultragirl. The high heeled Mary Jane was originally created in leather for Vivienne’s 2000 “Summertimeâ€? collection and was reinvented in the form of injected plastic.The Anglomania + Melissa Ultragirl is a twist on Melissa most popular model,and gets transformed in Westwood’s style: one covered in velvet with the inner sole involved in a traditional tartan print and the other highlighting the shine of plastic with a flower-patterned inner sole.No information yet on where this collaboration will be sold in the U.S. so stay tuned!Peep some more pics after the jump
