That is the question. I like to think there’s a little bit of both in everybody – it creates a balance. I am a giant Bijules NYC fan and I always love what Jules creates but when I saw this Nail Wrap this morning I almost fell out of my chair. I’ve seen vintage ones (ala The Goods!), and I’ve seen newer ones online that look like monster claws. Leave it to Bijules NYC to create one that is “vixen” and “lady” all at once. I cannot tell you how much I love this and I’m not lying when I tell you that within 3 seconds of seeing it I called Jules up herself to tell her that I would be incomplete without one.
